1. About Home Hero

Home Hero is an online platform that connects individuals seeking home-related services ("Customers") with independent professionals and service providers ("Professionals"). Home Hero acts solely as a facilitator and marketplace platform and does not directly provide any services listed on the platform.

2. User Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old;
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date;
• You are legally permitted to enter into agreements under applicable laws.

3. Professional Listings

Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, pricing, experience, certifications and service descriptions. Home Hero reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or remove listings at its discretion.

4. Payments

Payments made through Home Hero relate to platform access and features (listing access, featured listings, contact unlock packages). Home Hero does not process or manage payments between Customers and Professionals for services provided outside the platform.

5. Platform Role & Responsibility

Home Hero acts only as a platform connecting Customers and Professionals. We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, legality, safety, or outcomes of any services and do not conduct extensive background verification. Users are encouraged to independently assess and verify any engagement before proceeding.

6. Reviews & Ratings

Users may leave reviews and ratings based on genuine experiences. Home Hero may remove reviews that are misleading, abusive, offensive, or fraudulent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Hero will not be liable for direct or indirect damages, disputes between users, service dissatisfaction, or losses arising from interactions between Customers and Professionals.

8. Account Suspension

Home Hero may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or provide false or misleading information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
